Written by: Koncheng Moua, Director of Data Management and Strategy

The Newport News Employees’ Retirement Fund has added Driehaus Capital Management as an emerging markets manager with a $15 million commitment.

According to recently released meeting minutes from the May 26 meeting, staff noted that Driehaus was a growth manager that would pair well with Wellington, who is a core value emerging markets manager for the Fund.

Meketa assisted with the recommendation.
