North Carolina Retirement Systems Discloses New Investments

Two new investments were disclosed for the North Carolina Retirement System, as seen in the performance update from the February 22 Investment Advisory Committee meeting.

$200 million was committed to the private real estate fund, RXR NC Development Partners 1. The value-add fund is managed by RXR Realty.

$300 million was awarded to Centerbridge Special Credit Partners IV Co-Invest. The private credit investment is managed by Centerbridge Capital Partners located in New York. 

As of December 31, 2022, the North Carolina Retirement System was valued at approximately $110 billion.
