Sylvester McClearn was promoted to interim director of the New York State Common Retirement Fund’s Emerging Manager Program.
McClearn was promoted from Senior Investment Officer for the Retirement Fund’s emerging manager program.
He succeeds Anyori Hernandez who was recently appointed CEO of the New America Alliance.
