PA SERS Commits $220M to Private Equity, Real Estate

The Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System has approved three commitments totalling $220 million to private equity and real estate.

In private equity, $100 million was allocated to Clearlake Capital Partners VIII. An additional $20 million was allocated to a sidecar co-investment vehicle. 

In real estate, $100 million was allocated to Ares US Real Estate Opportunity Fund IV.
