The San Antonio Police and Fire Pension Fund has reviewed candidates for the international value equity manager search.
Eight candidates were reviewed for the search including ARGA Investment Management, Barrow Hanley, EARNEST Partners, First Eagle, Lazard, PIMCO, Silchester, and Sprucegrove.
Pension staff and the consultant, NEPC will further evaluate EARNEST Partners, Barrow Hanely, First Eagle, and PIMCO. First Eagle and PIMCO are two existing managers for the pension fund.
