Stanislau County ERA Commits $20M to Private Equity Fund

The Stanislau County Employees’ Retirement Association has committed a $20 million allocation to the Audax Private Equity Fund VII.

The commitment to the middle market buyout fund was approved on November 4, according to meeting materials from the December board meeting.

Investment consultant, NEPC, assisted with due diligence.

As of October 31, 2022, the $2.4 billion pension fund has an actual and target allocation to private equity of 5.5% and 5% respectively.
