Alameda County Seeking Real Estate Capabilities in Upcoming Investment Consultant Search

The Alameda County Employees’ Retirement Association is currently preparing an RFP for a General Investment Consultant. 

According to meeting minutes from the September 14 investment committee meeting, staff is constructing the RFP to search for a full-service consultant who also has a real estate capability. Staff also noted that there are no concerns with their current consultant Verus. The contract with Verus expires on in May 2023.

The search workplan anticipates the RFP to be issued mid-November 2022 with a decision to be made in April 2023.
