The Cook County Annuity and Benefit Fund is preparing to issue a search for private credit.
A private infrastructure search was issued in September 2023. Callan recommended a private credit search to follow.
The search will be for a mandate of $250 million to the County Fund and Forest Preserve District Fund will be included in the RFP with a mandate of $4 million.
Also disclosed in meeting minutes, a private equity allocation is expected in 2024. Callan recommended this $100 million commitment to the Mesirow Private Equity fund of funds.
