The San Antonio Police & Fire Pension Fund has committed $5 million to Long Arc Capital Fund I.
The private equity fund was approved for the investment at the November 23 board meeting. According to meeting minutes, the smaller commitment amount was due to this being a first-time private equity fund from Long Arc.
As of September 30, 2022, the Pension Fund had a market value of approximately $3.4 billion.
